Spa & Pool

Rejuvenate with a wide range of spa treatments and a stunning indoor pool.

Bulgaria has a long been a destination for spa holidays, with an abundance of natural hot springs. The Razlog Valley alone has over 70 hot springs. One of the best known is in Banya, just 5km from Bansko between the Pirin, Rila and Rodopi mountain ranges. The healing properties of its natural hot mineral waters have been famous since antiquity. The St George’s Lodge Spa continues this tradition, offering a wide range of treatments, as well as a sauna, steam room and Turkish bath. Our holistic approach is reflected in everything from the natural materials used in the spa’s construction, to our goal of overall wellbeing for our guests. 

Swimming pool

We have one of the largest indoor swimming pools in Bansko. To preserve the astonishing views, the pool is covered by a glass dome. On a clear day the mountains are visible, and at night you can swim beneath the stars. In the summer months, we open the French doors to the sundeck and piazza where you can top up your tan.

Gym
Keep in shape with a modern, fully equipped gym.

The gym at St George’s Lodge is part of our spa and fitness centre. It’s designed in a modern style, with a full range of fitness equipment including cardio machines and free standing weights so you can work out in a cool, comfortable environment. Changing facilities, showers and lockers are available in the centre.

Restaurant & Bars

For a sumptuous meal, a light snack or a relaxing drink with a view.

The in house 80 cover restaurant offers a great alternative to dining out in town, for those days when you just want to take it easy. We offer an extensive menu of local and international dishes, all cooked to order by our in-house chefs. We also offer freshly baked pizza and lighter options, as well as room service.

Lobby & Sky Bar

The stylish Lobby Bar is a great place to relax after a day on the slopes or walking in the mountains. Sit back and enjoy a cool drink or a warming hot chocolate, whilst planning the next day’s adventures (our concierge can help you with bookings). For a change of scene, make your way up to the Sky Bar with its breathtaking views over Bansko to the valley and mountains beyond.

Piano Bar
The Piano Bar is the latest addition and is the more lively of the two bars, located on the ground floor with easy access from the lobby, the piano bar offers pool and table top football as well as flat screen TV's and music. Various events take place in the Piano bar so keep an eye out during your stay for special events.

Dining in town
If you’d like to try the restaurants and bars in Bansko, we operate a shuttle bus service. It’s available during peak times and on demand.
